1. Booking & Payment
A deposit of $1,000 AUD is required to secure your place on the GRID Spain Camp 2026. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the program start date (August 24, 2026). Full payment can also be made at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a $250 AUD administration fee. Cancellations made 60–90 days before will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the program are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
3. Assumption of Risk
Motorcycle riding, particularly on race circuits, involves inherent risks. All participants must sign a waiver and release of liability before participating. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate personal insurance coverage.
4. Program Changes
GRID reserves the right to modify the program itinerary, venues, or coaching staff due to circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to provide equivalent or improved alternatives. In the event of program cancellation by GRID, a full refund will be provided.
5. Participant Requirements
Participants must hold a valid motorcycle licence. Prior track experience is recommended but not required. All participants must be 18 years of age or older. A valid passport is required for circuit registration.
6. Bike Hire
Bike hire is subject to availability and must be confirmed at time of booking. Hire includes basic insurance. Participants are responsible for any damage caused through negligence or crash. A security bond may be required.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
